This American does. In fact, I'd go a step further than you and say the GOP doesn't even need a true sweep to cause chaos. If they fail to take the Senate majority but win "just" the House, that will be plenty enough for utter chaos imho.

The House majority we elect in a few weeks will be the one that has to certify the next presidential election in early '25. This is the exactly the process that the January 2021 sedition at our capitol was aiming to stop illegally, back when there was a Dem majority to vote based on the stone-cold fact that Biden won.

So what's going to happen in '25 if there's a GOP majority in place that's sympathetic to a mob's nonsensical conspiracy theories? The presidency could be stolen and our democracy could effectively end on the spot. Even with "just" a GOP House majority.
